ADR Fees (Virtual and in-person)
Cases Conducted Virtually:
$185.00 per hour, per party; $155.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties, three hour minimum. No administrative fee.
Cancellation Fee: Two hours if less than 48 business day hours’ notice.
Cases Conducted In-Person:
$265.00 per hour, per party; $230.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties, four hour minimum. No administrative fee. Travel fee: up to four hours round trip, flat fee of $65.00 per party.
$1,950.00 flat rate per party for mediations over four hours roundtrip.
Cancellation Fee: Four hours if less than 48 business day hours’ notice.
